Built inside a UK agency

Run your whole agency from one place.

Rankings, client reports, site audits, Google listings, ads, proposals, prospects and the team’s work, in one platform. We built it for our own agency because we were tired of paying for ten tools to do one job. Now your agency can have its own copy: set up once, branded as you, owned by you.

The Tellio home screen for an agency: six clients with their enquiries, page-one keywords and report status, the team’s to-dos and open concerns.
A client’s monthly email on a phone: website visits, web forms and calls tracked.
The problem

One login instead of ten.

A rank tracker. A reporting tool. A site crawler. A map grid tool. A proposals app. A project board. Each with its own login, its own export and its own invoice. We were spending up to £20k a year on ours.

  • Rank tracking
  • Local map grids
  • Client reports and emails
  • Site audits
  • Google Business Profile and reviews
  • Google Ads reporting
  • AI Overview visibility
  • Proposals
  • Tasks and work tracking
  • Prospecting
  • All inTellio

It isn’t a call tracker or a full backlink tool. Where you already use call tracking, Tellio reads those calls into the same report.

01  Every client

Everything about a client, on one screen.

Enquiries, traffic, rankings and reviews side by side, with the client’s to-dos and the work logged against them underneath. Open a client and you know where they stand.

A client’s overview in Tellio: 90 enquiries, 3,537 visits, seven of seven keywords on page one and a 4.9 star rating from 164 reviews, each with a twelve-month chart.
02  Rankings

Rankings you can check.

A client at number three is often the eighth thing on the screen. Tellio shows you both.

3Organic position. What most rank trackers report.
8On-page position. What the customer actually sees.

Both are true, and they rarely agree. Tellio records both for every keyword, along with whether the business is in the map pack and whether Google’s AI Overview quotes it, and keeps a snapshot of each results page so any figure can be checked later.

03  Reports

A report a business owner will open.

Plain English, one idea per section, figures that explain themselves. When a number is zero, the report says why instead of hiding it.

  • Conversions first. Calls and forms, month by month, before anything about rankings.
  • Everything a client asks about. Traffic, AI Overviews, their Google listing, map positions, search terms, reviews.
  • Sent however suits them. A link, a PDF, and a monthly email that holds up in Outlook.
The conversions section of a report: phone calls and contact forms, each with a twelve-month chart and the change on last month.
04  The work

The work, not just the reporting.

The jobs behind the report live next to the client they belong to, so nothing gets tracked in a spreadsheet on the side.

  • Site audits against your own page standard, worst problems first, each one a task in a click.
  • Jobs and checklists for every package, and a weekly plan for the team.
  • Proposals built from your own price list and sent as a link.
  • Prospect lists of businesses in a town, with cold emails drafted for you to send from your own inbox.

05  Your brand

Your name on everything clients see.

Reports, emails, call reports and proposals carry your logo and your colour. Tellio stays in the background: a small “Powered by” line you can switch off.

How it’s sold

Buy it once. Own it.

No per-seat fees, no per-client fees, no subscription to us.

  1. 1

    We set it up

Your own copy of Tellio, on your own hosting, branded as your agency. A one-off fee.

  2. 2

    You own it

It runs on your accounts and API keys. Your data stays with you, and the data services bill you directly, at cost.

  3. 3Optional

    Keep it moving

A monthly plan for updates, new features and support, if you want one.

The honest bit: Tellio uses paid data services for rank checks, AI features and sending email. You pay those directly, and what they cost depends on how many clients and keywords you track. We’ll go through it on the call.

How setup works

I’m an SEO and PPC manager. I built Tellio because I was sick of flicking between tools and watching the software bill climb. It runs our clients every month.
